I saw some kefir at the store here and thought about you guys, but I'm not sure - what does it taste like? Hope you had a nice anniversary and 4th!
Kefir tastes similar to a yogurt drink, maybe a little tangier. LT likes the fruit flavored ones.I don't drink much myself because he is such a fan and the carton is a little on the pricey side.
